Frankie's actually started as a grocery store specializing in Italian foods. The restaurant was born out of the Sicilian recipes that followed the owners from Italy. Today, twenty six years later, their is very little of the grocery store left but we still have a whole lot of the wonderful southern Italy food that Frankie's Italian deli was founded on. Our pizza dough is hand pressed and not tossed... Tossing it in the air makes it tough and doesn't add a thing to the flavor! Our sauces have been made in the same kitchen for many years.. The recipes haven't changed and aren't going to... But we are adding a few new ones. What has changed is that they are now ready to get the word out. “we would love to cater your next meeting or house party.
