Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum amount per restaurant is $15.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges range from $6.25 for dinner to $7.99 for lunch, for meals delivered within your zone. Parties of 10 or greator may be delivered out of area, delivery fee will be based on time traveled. Please contact a customer service representative for further assistance.
 
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American, Express Discover and Diners Club Menu prices reflect cash payment; a 4.% fee will be added to all credit card orders. If you are ordering through a Mobile Waiter Corporate Account, your order will be charged to your company.
 
Should I tip the delivery person?
Our Mobile Waiter waiters work primarily for tips. A 15% tip is customary; please feel free to tip more for outstanding service.
 
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We work miracles daily, however the more time you give the restaurant and Mobile Waiter to schedule a driver the more accurate and timely we can be.
 
Can I order from more than one restaurant?
Sure! You may order from as many restaurants as you like. There is a $15.00 food minimum per restaurant plus a delivery fee from each restaurant.

Are the prices always accurate on the website?
We do everything in our power to keep our menu guide and website up to date with current pricing. Due to the shear volume of this task there may occasionally be an error, in this case the price that the restaurant or service is charging in their store at the time of order will prevail.

Can I order from 2 restaurants?
Yes, the $15.00 food minimum will need to be met at each location. A $5.00 stop fee will applie
for each restaurant after your first.
